2. Description of Service

TaleBud is an AI-powered story creation platform designed for children and families. The Service includes:

AI Story Generation: Personalized stories based on themes, age groups, and tones
Voice Narration: Multiple voice roles (male/female) and playback speeds
Story Management: Save favorites, share, and browse community stories
Subscription Service: Unlock unlimited reading and more creation quota

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Parents or guardians may create accounts for younger children and are responsible for supervising their use of the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Service

            Monthly Subscription: $7.99/month

Subscription Benefits

Create a specified number of stories per month (varies by plan)
Unlimited reading of all stories
Unlock all story length options
Unlock all voice roles
Ad-free experience

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew. Renewal occurs within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

Canceling Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

            Open the Settings app
Tap your Apple ID at the top
Select Subscriptions
Find TaleBud subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription

        

Refund Policy: Partial refunds are not available during the subscription period. For technical issues, please contact support.

5. Content Guidelines

All stories generated through TaleBud are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or sell generated story content
Use the Service to generate inappropriate or harmful content
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI models

6. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Children's Privacy

TaleBud is designed for children and families. We comply with applicable children's privacy laws including COPPA. We do not collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

8. Intellectual Property

TaleBud and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TaleBud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
